Staff can check what must be allocated before issuing resident bills, so the monthly calculation begins with identifiable expenses rather than a separate estimate.
Distribute shared costs to units using the configured allocation basis and review the resulting billing run. Follow reserve-fund contributions and collections in the same building context; contributions paid to a separate reserve account are checked and recorded manually.
Residents can view and pay their bills through the company’s own portal. Successfully confirmed portal payments are recorded automatically and fully covered bills become paid; bank payments require staff checking and confirmation, and counter payments provide an alternative that also updates the records.
