How is billing calculated? Each company has one Base system, plus the specialist modules it selects. The calculator shows the net amount, DDV and final total.

Why did another module appear? Some workflows need a foundation, such as Warehouse for stock-dependent work. The calculator adds and identifies required modules.

Can we pay annually? Yes. Select annual billing to see the current annual catalog total and any saving shown by the catalog.

What happens during the trial? No payment today. If company approval is required, the trial starts after approval.

Are setup, training and consulting included? Each subscription includes monthly support per company. Implementation is quoted to the agreed scope, and additional support work uses the current hourly rate.
